This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access the Platform or create an Account, whichever is earlier.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting the fs777 support team. Continued use of the Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the fs777 Privacy Policy and the fs777 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and form an integral part of the contract between you and fs777.
To be eligible to register and maintain a real-money Account on the fs777 Platform, you must:
fs777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements above have not been met or have ceased to be met. Any winnings generated from a non-eligible Account may be forfeited in their entirety.
Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the fs777 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and your date of birth. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, or at any time fs777 reasonably deems necessary, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include a valid Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card, or Voter's ID, together with a clear selfie photograph. fs777 reserves the right to request additional documentation where required.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request by fs777 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to use a strong, unique password for your fs777 Account and to enable 2FA where available.
You must notify fs777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Notification should be made by contacting the fs777 support team at [email protected]. Until fs777 receives such notification and takes appropriate action, you shall remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
fs777 will never request your password via email, SMS, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from fs777 that requests your Account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.
All deposits on the fs777 Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). fs777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are applied by fs777; however, your payment provider may impose fees independently of the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. fs777 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided through the Platform. Deposits made via fraudulent means, or deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder, may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on the fs777 Platform may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the Player's fs777 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification (see Section 4). fs777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification where required by applicable law or internal policy.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. fs777 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, individual payment providers may deduct processing charges independently.
fs777 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (b) the Account has not completed KYC verification; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal request is under investigation in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
From time to time, fs777 may offer Players bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fs777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
fs777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While fs777 uses commercially reasonable measures to ensure Platform availability, scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect access from time to time.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, fs777's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall fs777's aggregate liability to any single Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fs777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account and withhold associated funds, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the fs777 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the fs777 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to submit a written complaint to the fs777 support team. fs777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. This internal complaints process does not prejudice your right to pursue legal remedies.
fs777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or for security reasons.
The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
